Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Auxvyn ("the Service"), operated by Auxvyn ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Auxvyn is a cloud-based data management platform for Roblox developers. The Service allows users to store, manage, and retrieve player data for their Roblox games through a web dashboard and API. We provide both free and paid subscription plans.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Use the Service to store, transmit, or distribute malicious code or content
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or excessively access the Service beyond normal API usage
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without authorization
• Circumvent any access restrictions, rate limits, or security measures
• Store personally identifiable information (PII) of minors beyond what is necessary for game functionality

5. API Keys and Security

API keys generated through the Service are your responsibility. Do not share your API keys publicly or embed them in client-side code. If you believe your API key has been compromised, revoke it immediately through the dashboard. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised API keys.

6. Data and Storage

You retain ownership of all data you store through the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We reserve the right to delete data that violates these terms or exceeds your plan's storage limits after reasonable notice.

Storage limits are enforced per plan: Free accounts receive 500 KB, and Pro accounts receive 5 GB. Data exceeding your plan limits may be rejected by the API.

7. Paid Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your Pro features will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Workspace Sharing

You may invite other users to your workspaces with specific permissions. You are responsible for managing access and permissions for your workspaces. You remain responsible for all activity within workspaces you own, regardless of who performed the action.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, including but not limited to: abuse of the Service, fraudulent activity, or harassment of other users or staff. IP bans and device bans may be applied at our discretion. Terminated accounts may have their data deleted after 30 days.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or revenue.

12. Roblox Affiliation

Auxvyn is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Roblox and all related marks are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. Use of the Service must comply with Roblox's own Terms of Use and Community Standards.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated through the dashboard or via email.
